**Job Description:**
TenSpa, a premier luxury spa located in the heart of Kuwait, is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Spa Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our esteemed clientele, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and memorable experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, providing a friendly and inviting atmosphere upon arrival.
- Efficiently handle all incoming phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide comprehensive information about our spa services, packages, and promotions to assist guests in making informed decisions.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring a clean and pleasant environment for guests.
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Collaborate closely with the spa staff to coordinate appointments, resolve guest inquiries or concerns, and ensure seamless operations.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and make recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
- Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a spa, hotel, or wellness environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Proficient in using computer systems, including booking software, Microsoft Office Suite, and email management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per the spa's operational schedule.
