Spa Etiquette
At Ten Spa, we are committed to providing a tranquil and rejuvenating experience for all our guests. To maintain an atmosphere of relaxation and harmony, we kindly ask all guests to follow our spa etiquette and policies. These guidelines ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for everyone while respecting the time and privacy of others:
- Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure a smooth check-in process. Note that treatments will conclude at the scheduled time without extensions unless previously requested.
- Late Arrivals: Late arrivals will result in a reduced treatment time to accommodate subsequent bookings.
- Reservations: We recommend booking your appointments 1–2 days in advance to secure your preferred time and service.
- Cancellations: Kindly provide at least 4 hours' notice for cancellations by calling us directly.
- Refunds: Refund requests cannot be accommodated after the first 10 minutes of the treatment.
- Valuables: Please avoid bringing valuables to the spa and please ensure emptying your locker before departing. Lockers are provided for your convenience, but the management is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items.
- No Mobiles & No Smoking: For the privacy and tranquility of our spa environment, smoking and the use of mobile phones are strictly prohibited, even in silent mode.
- Health Declarations: All guests are required to complete a consultation form with accurate and detailed information. Please inform the reception if you have high blood pressure, have undergone major surgery, are pregnant, have skin allergies, or have any other health concerns. Guests are solely responsible for determining their physical fitness for treatments.
